How to book our Chef


We endeavour to accommodate all inquiries for our services; however, it is important to note that availability is not guaranteed. To enhance the likelihood of securing our services on a specific date, we recommend making a booking as early as possible. Once availability is confirmed, a £50 holding deposit will be required, with the final full balance due 14 days prior to your event.

Who will  arrive at your Home/Holiday Let 

Depending on the number of guests you will have a minimum of 2, Chef and waitress.  


You have the opportunity to finalize your menu up to 14 days before your event. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us in advance so that our chef can make necessary adjustments to the menu. All of your guests will need to choose either the set menu or the taster menu. We cater for almost all dietary requirements and we check what dietary requirements your party has prior to your event allowing your chef to accommodate these. If required our chef can design a bespoke menu. 


Our wines have been carefully selected for your event.  However, if you have a particular preference, we may be able to accommodate your needs. Additionally, we can provide a Deluxe wine menu if desired.

Number in your party

We can cater from 6 to 24 if your group falls out of these numbers please feel free to contacts us  (Larger groups may require additional staff and costs )

Your Location

Our service area primarily covers the South Hams region within a 5-mile radius of Holbeton. However, we are willing to travel further, subject to a mileage charge.


In order to ensure smooth operations, we kindly request information regarding parking availability and any restrictions at your location. Furthermore, please inform us of any accessibility challenges or steps in accessing the kitchen at your venue.

Your Equipment

Our chef will bring any necessary specialized equipment. However, we kindly request that you provide basic kitchen equipment. The chef will pre-prepare any complex dishes off-site. For a nominal fee, we can also provide additional cutlery and plates if needed.

Pet Awareness

On the day of your event, we kindly ask that you keep the kitchen and areas where the chef is working free of pets. This request is made for three important reasons:

1. Hygiene: Pets have been observed jumping up on work surfaces and helping themselves to food, compromising hygiene standards.

2. Service Hazard: Excited pets can pose a trip hazard as our team transports plates of delicious food.

 3. Chef's Safety: Unfortunately, our chefs have experienced incidents of being nipped or bitten by pets. 

To ensure their safety, we must take precautions. While we understand the significance of pets in a family, it is important to acknowledge that even the friendliest pet can become unpredictable when strangers enter the home. Dogs, in particular, have a territorial nature and may feel the need to protect their family. To create a safe environment for our team, we kindly request that your pet is kept secure upon our chef's arrival.

Additionally, we ask that pets be kept away from the kitchen while the chef prepares your menu. This ensures that our chefs are never left alone with your pet and minimizes the risk of a trip hazard while they cook and serve dishes to you and your guests.
