Please find below a selection of our set menu options. For the evening, guests may choose two starters, two main courses, and two desserts. It is important to note that if the Taster Menu is selected, it is mandatory for the entire party to opt for this menu. Bespoke menus is avilable on request

Wine Menu



Aroha Bay   Marlborough   Sauvignon Blanc New  Zealand 

Aroha Bay Sauvignon Blanc shows lifted notes of gooseberry and passionfruit, underpinned with citrus notes. The palate is full of pure fruit flavours, yet balanced with a persistent, crisp mineral finish. Enjoy with

both fresh and cooked seafood dishes such as oysters and prawns or freshly

crumbed fish fillets, accompanied by a Caesar salad with a tangy dressing.


Jaffelin Vin du France Chardonnay 

80% of the Chardonnay come from Pays d’Oc for the roundness and the exotic fruits; and 20% from Burgundy for the minerality and floral notes of the Chardonnay. The wine is vinified

in stainless steel tank and no oak is involved to keep the freshness of the ripe chardonnay grapes.



Domaine de Valfonte Aix en Provence Rose      France 

The blend of the pale rose is Grenache (50%), Cinsault (35%) and Syrah (15%). The colour is the spirit of Provence, pale, crystalline and limpid. The nose is pretty, unveiling floral aromas of bergamot and sweet jasmine as well as bouquet of exotic and red berry fruits, whilst the palate picks up notes of mango and lychee with a more savoury edge of peach-stone and citrus



Zapa     Malbec Mendoza   Argentina

Zapa is 100% Malbec with soft tannins and well-integrated oak. A medium bodied easy drinker with good concentration and length. An amazing wine for the price. Soft elegant and persistent,

with a pinch of fruit and spice flavours.


Riviera     Pinot Noir Vin du France 

The influence of the southern climate gives this wine ripe and jammy nuances of dark fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry. 80% of the Pinot Noir come from Pays d’Oc for the colour, the roundness and the fruits; and 20% from the Loire for the minerality and acidity of the Pinot.

The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks and no oak is used in order to keep the freshness of the ripe Pinot Noir grapes.




Fiori di Campo Prosecco Spumante NV Organic

Fiori Prosecco is produced from organically grown Glera grapes grown in the Valdobbiadene area around Treviso. This pale and delicate sparkling wine has fine bubbles and fresh aromas of green fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle. It is elegantly light, dry and well balanced.
